The Shotgun 650 Limited Edition draws its design inspiration from the Caliber Royale, a bespoke custom motorcycle built by Winston Yeh's Rough Crafts using the Shotgun 650 platform. First unveiled at EICMA 2025, the motorcycle was later showcased at Motoverse 2025 in Goa, where it attracted significant attention from motorcycle enthusiasts.
The production version retains the signature black-and-gold design philosophy that has become synonymous with Rough Crafts while incorporating several exclusive styling elements unavailable on the standard Shotgun 650.
The limited-edition motorcycle receives a distinctive Gloss Jet Black and Matte Stealth Black dual-tone finish highlighted by elegant Gold Leaf striping and subtle grey accents across the bodywork. Each motorcycle also carries an individually numbered fuel tank and a specially crafted brass collaboration badge identical to the one used on the original Caliber Royale custom motorcycle.
Premium features include:
Every buyer will also receive a numbered gold-on-black Caliber Royale artwork, personally designed and signed by Rough Crafts founder Winston Yeh, adding further exclusivity for collectors.
Speaking on the launch, Adrian John Sellers, Head – Custom & Motorsports, Royal Enfield, said the limited-edition motorcycle represents another expression of the Shotgun 650's custom-first philosophy.
According to him, the collaboration successfully brings Rough Crafts' signature aggressive yet elegant design language to production while demonstrating the limitless customization possibilities of the Shotgun 650 platform.
Interested buyers cannot purchase the motorcycle directly through dealerships. Instead, Royal Enfield has introduced a registration-based allocation process through its official digital platforms.
Customers must register through the Royal Enfield App or the company's official website between July 15 and July 30, 2026 to become eligible for the limited motorcycle drop.
