Prestige Estates Projects Ltd has launched three new residential projects with an estimated revenue potential of ₹12,000 crore during the April-June quarter (Q1 FY27), strengthening its residential portfolio amid continued demand for premium housing. The Bengaluru-based real estate developer also launched a commercial project during the quarter, taking the total developable area of new launches to 20.16 million square feet.
Despite a decline in quarterly pre-sales due to a high base effect, the company remains optimistic about demand and plans to launch several marquee residential projects during the upcoming festive season across key Indian property markets.

During the June quarter, Prestige Estates launched four projects, including three residential developments located in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Mumbai, along with one commercial project in Bengaluru.
The company said the three housing projects together have an estimated revenue potential of ₹12,000 crore. The commercial project contributes to the company's growing office and mixed-use development portfolio.

Irfan Razack, Chairman and Managing Director of Prestige Group, said the company has a strong pipeline of premium residential launches planned across Mumbai, NCR, Bengaluru and Chennai during the festive season.
Earlier, the management had indicated that the company has a housing project pipeline worth around ₹60,000 crore, although the timing of project launches will depend on obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
The company expects these upcoming launches to support sales growth during FY27 as demand for premium residential properties remains healthy.
While new project launches remained strong, Prestige Estates' sales bookings declined during the June quarter due to a high base created by a large project launch in the corresponding period last year.
The company reported pre-sales of ₹6,579.3 crore during Q1 FY27, compared with ₹12,126.4 crore in the same quarter of the previous year, representing a 46% decline.
According to the company, the year-ago quarter included the launch of a large residential project in the Delhi-NCR region, which resulted in record quarterly sales.

Among all markets, Hyderabad contributed the largest share of quarterly sales, accounting for 49% of total bookings.
Bengaluru contributed 27%, followed by Mumbai (12%), NCR (7%) and other markets contributing the remaining 5%.
The company also maintained healthy pricing across its projects, with average apartment realisation at ₹11,193 per square foot, while plotted developments achieved an average realisation of ₹8,043 per square foot.

Following a record FY26 performance, Prestige Estates has set a pre-sales target of ₹35,000–36,000 crore for FY27.
The company achieved record sales bookings of ₹30,024 crore during FY26, representing a 76% increase over the previous financial year.
Management believes its extensive launch pipeline and expansion across key metropolitan cities will support future growth, subject to regulatory approvals.
