Among the largest orders is a contract from the Dangote Group, Africa's largest industrial conglomerate, for refinery and fertiliser expansion projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia.
The scope of work includes manufacturing and supplying critical process equipment, including the world's largest Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) Reactor Regenerator Package, along with key urea and ammonia processing equipment required for the expansion projects.
L&T also received a repeat order from a Japanese customer to manufacture and supply heat exchangers and absorbers for an LNG project in Canada. Repeat orders from global customers reflect continued confidence in the company's manufacturing capabilities and long term execution track record.
Apart from the Canadian project, the company secured additional international contracts for manufacturing coke drums, fractionator columns and heat exchangers for customers located in Spain, the United States and Brazil.
