The issue will close on September 10 and aims to raise ₹1,055.74 crore at a price band of ₹601 to ₹632. It includes a fresh issue of ₹300 crore and an OFS of ₹755.74 crore.
Glass Wall Systems India is also opening on September 8. The company manufactures architectural glass and facade systems for the construction industry. Its IPO is worth ₹427.89 crore, with a price band of ₹172 to ₹182.
Prasol Chemicals will also open on September 8. The speciality chemicals maker is targeting ₹500 crore through an IPO priced between ₹643 and ₹676 per share. The issue includes a fresh issue of ₹80 crore and an OFS of ₹420 crore.
September 9 will see the biggest cluster of new issues.
Karamtara Engineering is targeting ₹875 crore through its IPO at a price band of ₹241 to ₹254. The company makes components used in power transmission and distribution infrastructure, along with structural steel and fasteners.
LCC Projects will raise ₹427.14 crore through a combination of fresh shares and OFS. The EPC company works on water supply, irrigation and civil infrastructure projects, with the IPO priced between ₹139 and ₹146.
Steamhouse India is seeking ₹414 crore at a price band of ₹77 to ₹81. The company provides energy generation and distribution solutions using steam for industrial processes.
Asset Reconstruction Company India, or ARCIL, will raise ₹732.97 crore entirely through an OFS. Its IPO will have a price band of ₹132 to ₹139.
Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions is targeting ₹805 crore at a price band of ₹322 to ₹339. The company provides payment, smart card and identity solutions.
Rentomojo has the largest issue among the companies opening on September 9. Its IPO is worth ₹1,255.57 crore, with a price band of ₹384 to ₹404. The issue includes ₹150 crore of fresh shares and ₹1,105.57 crore through an OFS.
Veegaland Developers will open its IPO on September 10 and close on September 15. The Kerala based real estate developer is raising ₹210 crore through a fresh issue priced between ₹130 and ₹140 per share.
Manika Plastech will open its IPO on September 11 and close on September 16. The packaging company is targeting ₹125.50 crore through a fresh issue and OFS, with a price band of ₹40 to ₹43 per share.
