Karamtara Engineering has exposure to renewable energy and transmission products, while Kanohar Electricals operates in electrical equipment and transformers. Investors should compare valuations, growth and financial performance.
Rentomojo is a consumer rental platform, while Kanohar Electricals operates in power equipment. They have very different business models, so valuation and risk should be compared rather than looking only at issue size.
Kanohar Electricals, Rentomojo and Karamtara Engineering are among the largest IPOs in the upcoming September 2026 IPO calendar. Their issue sizes are around ₹1,056 crore, ₹1,256 crore and ₹875 crore respectively.
The upcoming week has 11 mainboard IPOs scheduled across several sectors, making it one of the busiest IPO periods of September 2026.
Pranav Constructions is scheduled to be the first among this group to open, with its IPO beginning on September 7, 2026.
Kanohar Electricals, Prasol Chemicals and Glass Wall Systems are scheduled to open their IPOs on September 8, 2026.
Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering, Manipal Payment and Identity Solutions, Arcil, LCC Projects and Steamhouse India are scheduled to open on September 9, 2026.

Rentomojo has the largest issue size among the highlighted IPOs at around ₹1,255.57 crore, followed by Kanohar Electricals at around ₹1,056 crore.
Karamtara Engineering has a fresh issue of around ₹675 crore, making it one of the largest fresh capital raises in this IPO group.
A large IPO size does not automatically make an IPO good. Investors should check how much money goes to the company, how much is an OFS and how the funds will be used.
OFS means offer for sale, where existing shareholders sell their shares to public investors. The money from an OFS generally goes to the selling shareholders rather than the company.
Yes. Most of the Rentomojo IPO consists of an offer for sale, while the fresh issue is around ₹150 crore.

Yes. Kanohar Electricals has a ₹300 crore fresh issue and an OFS component of around ₹756 crore, meaning most of the issue is an offer for sale.
Listing gains cannot be guaranteed. Investors often track subscription demand, valuation and grey market premium, but these indicators can change quickly and do not guarantee the listing price.
Rentomojo's grey market premium has been reported in current market coverage, but GMP changes frequently and should not be treated as a guaranteed listing gain.
Karamtara Engineering's GMP has been reported by market tracking platforms, but grey market prices are unofficial and can change before listing.
Kanohar Electricals' GMP is being tracked by IPO market platforms, but investors should remember that GMP is unofficial and does not guarantee listing performance.
GMP can indicate unofficial market sentiment, but it should not be the only factor used to assess an IPO. Financial performance, valuation and business prospects are more important for a long term decision.
Rentomojo, Karamtara Engineering and Kanohar Electricals are among the main IPOs to watch because of their issue sizes and investor interest during the September primary market rush.
Pranav Constructions is among the first IPOs opening in the September rush. Investors should examine its construction business, financial performance and valuation before deciding whether the IPO is suitable.

Steamhouse India is raising capital through a combination of fresh shares and an offer for sale. Investors should examine its financial performance and planned use of fresh capital before applying.
