Peak XV Partners sold shares worth Rs 1,756.2 crore in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of Groww, through an open market transaction on September 16. The sale involved 9.17 crore shares at Rs 191.49 apiece.

Peak XV Partners Investments VI 1 sold 9.17 crore shares, representing a 1.46% stake in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, for Rs 1,756.2 crore.
The transaction was part of Peak XV's existing 15.68% holding in the Groww parent company. After the sale, its stake stood at around 14.2%, according to exchange data reported by The Economic Times.
The transaction marks another monetisation by Peak XV from its investment in Groww. The venture capital firm originally invested in the company before its stock market listing.

Groww Mutual Fund acquired 4.75 lakh shares of Kanohar Electricals, representing a 0.6% stake, for Rs 35.2 crore. The shares were purchased at Rs 740.38 apiece.
Kanohar Electricals had listed on the NSE at Rs 685.50 on September 16 against its IPO price of Rs 632. The stock later rose to Rs 751.50, according to Moneycontrol.
First Bridge India Growth Fund acquired an additional 6.03 lakh shares, representing a 0.68% stake in Glass Wall Systems, for Rs 12 crore at Rs 198.75 per share.
Other buyers included Authum Investment & Infrastructure, CSIM India Opportunities Fund 1 and S I Investments Broking. Glass Wall Systems shares ended its listing day at Rs 214.85.
The bulk deals put Groww, Kanohar Electricals and Glass Wall Systems in focus as investors track institutional buying and selling activity.
