The proposed dividend, equivalent to 2,290% of the face value, is subject to approval by shareholders at the company's upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
If approved, eligible shareholders will receive the dividend on or after August 17, 2026.

MRF has fixed July 17, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholders eligible to receive the final dividend. Investors whose names appear in the company's Register of Members or beneficial owner records as of the record date will qualify for the dividend payout.

The FY26 Annual Report and the AGM Notice will be sent electronically to shareholders who have registered their email addresses with the company or their depository participants.
These documents will also be made available on the company's website as well as the websites of the stock exchanges.
